Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage your store team with support from the deputy store manager
• Oversee the store’s visual appearance, ordering process, adherence to presentation guidelines, and daily operational tasks
• Take personal responsibility for staff management, including creating schedules and fostering employee growth
• Recruitment tasks to build your store team
• Engage regularly with regional management to review results and plan store development

Candidate Requirements

• Completed vocational training, ideally with experience in a similar retail leadership position
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong responsibility awareness
• Excellent communication skills to motivate and develop your team through constructive feedback
• Availability to work 40 hours per week across five days, including regular weekends and evenings
• Willingness to undertake an eight-week onboarding period at one of our trainer stores in Germany
