About the Role

Located at Souq Waqif Boutique Hotel by Tivoli in Doha, Qatar, this role is part of the Minor Hotels group known for its international portfolio spanning more than 530 properties across multiple continents. The F&B Supervisor will oversee Food and Beverage outlet operations, ensuring compliance with brand standards and maintaining high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Food and Beverage outlets.
• Effectively communicate and assign tasks to team members.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards and policies.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries promptly.
• Act as a liaison representing team needs.
• Support management in meeting financial objectives.
• Assist in team member training, development, and performance appraisals.
• Ensure compliance with security, fire safety, and health regulations.
• Promote environmental awareness within operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth workflow and relationships.
