Role Overview

We are recruiting a dedicated Stock Supervisor to join our Calvin Klein team located at Outlet City, Tawa, Wellington. This full-time, onsite position partners closely with the Store Manager to orchestrate inventory management effectively. Responsibilities include handling deliveries, preparing stock for the sales floor, directing stock flow in and out of the store, and reducing stock loss.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in maintaining smooth inventory processes.
• Oversee processing of stock deliveries efficiently.
• Ensure merchandise is properly prepared and displayed for sale.
• Manage stock movements including logistics of inbound and outbound deliveries.
• Implement strategies to minimize stock shrinkage.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in supervisory or management roles within retail apparel or customer service.
• Proven track record in meeting key performance indicators such as sales targets, wage budget adherence, units per transaction, conversion rates, average sale value, inventory shrinkage, and mystery shopper results.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of recruiting, mentoring, and motivating team members.
• Keen eye for detail with expertise in stock management and visual merchandising.
• Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with ability to spot and leverage growth opportunities.
• Energetic, authentic, and positive demeanor with excellent personal presentation and grooming.
