With a 140-year heritage, PVH is expanding its retail footprint, including opening new Calvin Klein stores in Auckland, New Zealand. This role offers a dynamic chance to join as an Assistant Store Manager in Training and advance your leadership and fashion retail career.
Role Responsibilities
In collaboration with Store Managers, you will oversee daily store operations, mentor and motivate a newly formed team, and ensure high standards in a fast-moving retail environment. Your leadership will inspire passion for the brand and encourage entrepreneurial thinking to achieve business goals.
Candidate Profile
Successful candidates have excellent communication skills, proven people management experience, and the confidence to recruit and develop teams. You will be adept at stock control, visual merchandising, and focused on hitting key performance indicators such as sales targets, wage budgets, unit per transaction, conversion rates, average transaction value, shrinkage, and mystery shopper results. A positive, energetic and authentic approach with a growth-driven mindset is essential.
Working Conditions
The position is full-time, requiring 38 hours per week, with work commencing August 2024.
