About the Role
Join Harbor Freight Tools as a Retail Stocking Supervisor in Bloomington, IN, where you will be a key member of a high-performing retail team empowered to excel. Compensation and Benefits
The expected pay rate for this role starts at $19.00 per hour, varying based on location, skills, education, and experience. There is also eligibility for a monthly performance bonus. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and both short- and long-term disability coverage. Eligible employees may participate in the company’s 401(k) plan with matching contributions. Associates earn up to 152 hours of paid time off annually—covering PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays—and accrue up to 64 hours of paid sick leave per year, subject to legal requirements.
Work Schedule
Operating hours are from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM with respectful scheduling practices ensuring balance and predictability.

Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver and exemplify excellent customer service standards
- Ensure the store is kept safe, clean, and well-organized at all times
- Engage in cross-training in various store functions including stocking and sales associate responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members effectively
- Serve as the Leader on Duty during scheduled times
- Perform additional duties as required
