Role Overview

We’re seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations, motivate teams, and meet sales objectives while embodying our brand’s enthusiasm. You will manage all aspects of the store to ensure peak performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive achievement of sales targets and comparable store sales goals to ensure the store’s financial success.
• Recruit, develop, and maintain a collaborative and energetic team focused on customer engagement and operational excellence.
• Stay connected with customers and fans by leveraging social media, store web platforms, and personalized clienteling practices to create excitement.
• Oversee store operations maintaining a balance of structured delegation and autonomy while centering customer-first sales approaches.
• Monitor and control shrinkage and loss prevention, manage payroll hours, scheduling, and external elements influencing business outcomes.
• Maintain open communication with retail leadership and headquarters about market trends and customer insights.
• Utilize sales data and reports to inform strategies aimed at meeting sales goals.
• Adapt to new technologies, ensure adherence to company policies, and responsibly manage inventory and expenditures.
• Effectively merchandise the store following planograms and ensure timely implementation of promotional campaigns.
• Mentor and inspire the team by providing recognition, feedback, and growth opportunities, building a strong internal talent pipeline.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience managing retail store teams with demonstrated success in leadership, recruiting, payroll management, reporting, scheduling, and merchandising.
• High school diploma or GED required; higher education degree is advantageous.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic retail environment, flexible to changes and challenges.
• Enthusiasm for pop culture fandoms and music trends to engage authentically with customers.
• Physical capability to safely manage store operations including stocking, merchandising, and handling merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.

Compensation and Additional Info

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $24.15 to $30.20. Final salary offers will consider education, location, qualifications, training, and experience. We foster an inclusive environment supporting reasonable accommodations where needed.
