Position Overview

The Retail Stocking Supervisor role is a full-time leadership position within our high-performing retail team, centered on ensuring seamless store operations. This role suits individuals who have recent experience in leadership and a strong interest in building a rewarding retail career. Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated hourly wage for this role is $18.25, subject to variation based on factors such as location, expertise, and education. Eligible employees can earn a monthly performance-based bonus. Furthermore, qualified associates may participate in our 401(k) retirement plan with company matching. Associates accrue paid time off totaling up to 152 hours annually (including PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays), along with up to 64 hours of paid sick leave per year, or as mandated by law. Work schedules are respectful and aligned with operational hours between 6am and 10pm.

• Deliver and exemplify professional customer service standards
• Keep the store environment safe, clean, and well-organized
• Participate in cross-training across all operational areas including stocking and sales duties
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members to enhance performance
• Act as Leader on Duty according to schedule
