Compensation and Benefits

The expected pay for this role is approximately $18.50 per hour, varying based on geographical location, expertise, skills, education, and past experience. This role qualifies for a monthly bonus program. Associates accrue paid time off up to 152 hours annually, covering PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays. Work Schedule and Culture

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and exemplify professional customer service standards.

• Gain cross-functional expertise through training in all aspects of store operations including stocking and sales associate roles.
• Lead, mentor, and foster the development of team members.
• Act as the Leader on Duty when scheduled.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support store operations.
