About the Role
As a Retail Stocking Supervisor, you will join a high-performing team and be entrusted with significant responsibilities to lead effectively. This full-time position enables you to understand the impact of your work and take pride in your contribution. Compensation and Benefits
This role offers an anticipated pay rate of $19.00 per hour, adjusted based on location, skills, education, and experience. It is also eligible for a monthly bonus. The company provides comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and short- and long-term disability coverage. Eligible employees can participate in a 401(k) retirement plan with company matching. Associates receive up to 152 hours of paid time off annually, comprising PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays, in addition to up to 64 hours of paid sick leave unless otherwise stipulated by law.
Working Hours and Culture

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and exemplify high-quality customer service standards
- Keep the store environment safe, tidy, and orderly
- Gain proficiency by cross-training across all store operations, including stocking and sales associate tasks
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members
- Act as Leader on Duty according to schedule
- Perform additional duties as assigned
