Compensation and Benefits
The position offers an estimated hourly wage of $17.25, which may vary based on location, skills, education, and experience. Beyond the base pay, this role includes eligibility for monthly performance bonuses. Employees can participate in the company’s 401(k) retirement program with matching contributions. Paid time off includes accrual of up to 152 hours annually combining PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays, as well as up to 64 hours of paid sick leave, subject to applicable laws.
Working Hours
The role involves respectful scheduling within the store's operational hours, which range from 6 AM to 10 PM.

Key Responsibilities
- Model and ensure professional customer service practices.
- Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and organization.
- Receive cross-training on all store operations including stocking and sales associate duties.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members effectively.
- Act as Leader on Duty when assigned.
- Perform other duties as required.
