Retail Stocking Supervisor

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Retail Stocking Supervisor to join a dynamic team in Oakland Park, FL. Compensation and Benefits

The expected compensation for this role starts at $20.00 per hour, subject to variations based on location, qualifications, and experience. Additional financial incentives include eligibility for monthly bonuses. Comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and both short-term and long-term disability coverage. Qualified employees can participate in a company 401(k) plan with matching contributions. PTO accrual offers up to 152 hours annually, combining paid time off, floating holidays, and paid holidays. Paid sick leave of up to 64 hours per year is also provided or as mandated by law.

Work Schedule

Work schedules are designed to respect personal time within store operating hours of 6 AM to 10 PM. The company also observes closures on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and exemplify excellent customer service standards
• Maintain a safe, tidy, and well-organized retail environment
• Gain experience across all store departments, including stocking and sales associate duties through cross-training
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities for team members
• Assume responsibilities as the Leader on Duty when scheduled
• Perform additional duties as required
