Role Overview
The Store Manager leads their store team to enhance financial performance by optimizing staffing, enforcing operational procedures, and delivering excellent customer service. They work proactively and with urgency to meet company goals and prioritize building a highly effective team that consistently executes at a high level.
Financial & Operational Responsibilities
- Drive sales to surpass financial targets.

Additional Information
The salary range is approximately $68,050 to $97,808 annually, varying by location, experience, skills, and education. The role qualifies for quarterly bonuses in addition to a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and short- and long-term disability coverage. Eligible employees can participate in a 401k plan. Paid time off accrual includes up to 200 hours per year (combining PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays) plus up to 80 hours of paid sick leave annually unless otherwise mandated by law. Store hours are from 6 AM to 10 PM with consideration for respectful scheduling during these times.
