Compensation and Benefits

The estimated pay for this role is $18.25 per hour, with rates varying based on location, expertise, education, and experience. In addition, the position qualifies for a monthly bonus. Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and ensure exceptional professional customer service standards
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized retail environment
• Cross-train across all store functions, including stocking and sales associate duties
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development support to team members
• Fulfill Leader on Duty responsibilities as assigned in scheduling
