Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage for this role starts at $19.00, with variations based on location, expertise, education, and experience. The position also qualifies for monthly bonus opportunities. Employees accrue up to 152 hours annually for paid time off (including floating holidays and paid holidays) and up to 64 hours for paid sick leave, subject to legal requirements.

Work Schedule

Work hours fall within the store's operating hours, from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with schedules created respectfully to accommodate employee needs.

Primary Responsibilities

• Exemplify and uphold excellent customer service standards
• Keep the store safe, organized, and clean
• Receive cross-training in all store functions, including stocking and sales responsibilities
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members
• Act as Leader on Duty according to schedule
• Perform additional tasks as necessary
