Overview
Gleeds is offering a rewarding opportunity for a Bid Coordinator based in Dubai, UAE. This role involves organizing and crafting proposals, presentations, and marketing materials while working closely with the local leadership team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, innovative, and capable of handling multiple proposal submissions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage responses to RFQs, RFPs, and interview presentations, including technical writing, graphic design, and research activities.
- Serve as the CRM lead, ensuring precise and up-to-date data entry.
- Compile and prepare business development briefing reports as needed.
- Collaborate with technical personnel to develop proposal content and project-specific information.
- Track RFQ and RFP opportunities and maintain comprehensive bidding documentation.
- Create, design, and upkeep marketing collateral in both print and digital forms, such as presentations, brochures, capability statements, trade show materials, signage, and handouts.
- Maintain records of project experiences and staff resumes.
- Support marketing research initiatives and assist with the organization and participation in special events.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of two years' experience in a similar capacity within construction, engineering, architecture, or consulting fields.
- Residency in the UAE is required.
- Skilled in managing a high volume of simultaneous RFPs.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to operate independently.
- Excellent command of Adobe software such as InDesign or its alternatives.
- Ability to function under strict deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, finance, or related areas.
- Fluency in English with strong analytical capabilities to assess and prioritize risks.
- Clear and concise communication skills for briefing senior leadership and technical teams.
- Self-starter with autonomy in dynamic client environments.
- Methodical and structured with keen attention to detail.
