About the Role

A prestigious architectural firm with expertise in residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail developments is looking to appoint an Architect / Project Lead. The ideal candidate will be a RIAI Registered Architect bringing over 10 years of experience in the residential, commercial, and retail sectors. This role involves overseeing projects through all phases from design to completion while managing a small team and maintaining close client coordination, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Head design and implementation efforts across diverse sectors including residential, commercial, and retail
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships ensuring top-notch quality and timely delivery
• Collaborate with a compact team to produce technical drawings and specifications
• Oversee projects from planning stages through construction completion
• Ensure strict adherence to building codes and regulatory requirements

Requirements and Qualifications

• Registered Architect with RIAI or RIBA certification and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
• Proven background working in residential, commercial, mixed-use, and retail architecture highly preferred
• Competent in Building Information Modeling software such as Archicad and Revit
• Experience managing projects through all phases, from initial concept to final completion
• Excellent communication abilities and strong problem-solving aptitude
• Familiarity with current building codes and regulatory standards
• Genuine enthusiasm for innovative and environmentally sustainable design practices
• Must be authorized to work legally within Ireland
