Architect - Junior Position

Job Overview

We are seeking two Junior Architects (fresh graduates) eager to join our dynamic team and develop their skills. This entry-level role demands strong drafting capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a willingness to collaborate closely with various project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive working and construction drawings for residential, group housing, and commercial projects.
• Collaborate with Structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure design coherence and smooth project integration.
• Engage actively in project planning, design development, and implementation phases.
• Assist Senior Architects in producing quality deliverables within established deadlines.
• Contribute ideas and support during concept presentations, design discussions, and client meetings.

Requirements

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Excel, which are essential for this position.
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop is a beneficial skill.
• Possess a strong design aesthetic, detail-oriented mindset, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication and coordination abilities to work within interdisciplinary teams.
