Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Landscape Engineer or Architect to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position involves supervising site activities related to landscaping and finishes, ensuring quality and compliance for a prestigious local project. Responsibilities include inspecting contractor work, coordinating with the Senior Architect, Project Manager, and client, as well as reviewing submittals against approved specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee landscaping and architectural finish activities on site.
• Conduct inspections and receive completed work from contractors.
• Coordinate with senior project stakeholders including architects and managers.
• Review project submittals for compliance with approved specifications.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• A minimum of 12 years professional experience in engineering or architecture, with at least 5 years in a similar supervisory role.
• Proficient with landscape design and modeling software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or equivalent tools.
• Experience managing master planning and large-scale landscape design projects.
• Strong expertise in sustainable landscaping practices and environmental stewardship.
• Thorough knowledge of irrigation systems, drainage, and water management solutions.
• Understanding of both hardscape and softscape design principles, including plant selection and horticulture.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabia's local building codes, zoning laws, and professional standards.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Must hold professional licensure as an Architect or Engineer.
• Preferred experience with landscaping in arid climates and water-efficient design techniques.
