Architect

About the Role

The company is looking for a dedicated Architect to join the team based in Madurai. The role involves crafting imaginative architectural designs, producing detailed technical drawings, and working closely with clients and consultants to ensure successful project delivery from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Create architectural concepts including plans, elevations, cross-sections, and detailed working drawings.
• Develop three-dimensional models and prepare presentation-ready drawings.
• Engage with clients, consultants, suppliers, and construction teams for effective project coordination.
• Regularly visit construction sites to verify adherence to design specifications and track progress.
• Prepare comprehensive construction drawings and supporting technical documents.
• Work collaboratively within internal departments to meet project deadlines.
• Support decision-making around material choices and the refinement of design elements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• Between 2 to 5 years of practical experience in architectural roles.
• Exceptional fresh graduates with impressive portfolios will also be taken into consideration.

Technical Skills

Familiarity with the following software is essential: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and D5 Render.
