Lighting Designer

Overview

This opportunity targets individuals embarking on their path in architectural lighting design. Whether you are transitioning from another design discipline or just beginning your professional journey, this role welcomes candidates with a sincere passion for lighting, a natural curiosity, strong spatial perception, and design skills. While prior experience specifically in lighting is not mandatory, a willingness and eagerness to learn are essential.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with seasoned designers to assist in research activities, create drawings, develop presentations, perform calculations, prepare documentation, and engage in sample evaluations and mock-up setups.
• Gain firsthand experience through active involvement in projects and on-site tasks, observing how lighting concepts evolve into tangible installations.

Requirements

• Educational background in fields such as architecture, interiors, landscape, product design, graphic design, or other closely related disciplines.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop for design and presentation purposes.
• Strong architectural drawing, sketching abilities, and presentation skills.
• An inquisitive mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and an organized working style.
• Open to recent graduates and those early in their career journey; prior experience with lighting design, DIALux evo software, or architectural rendering is advantageous but not necessary.
