Junior Architect

Position Overview

Rhythm Designs LLP is seeking a Junior Architect with 1 to 2 years of professional experience to join their team on a full-time, remote basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Create 2D architectural drawings including plans, elevations, and cross-sections.
• Develop working and construction drawings essential for project execution.
• Contribute to design development and prepare presentation materials.
• Coordinate project activities and revise drawings as needed.
• Prepare detailed architectural documentation and specific construction details.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory for producing precise architectural plans.
• Experience with SketchUp or other 3D modeling software is preferred.
• Familiarity with visualization tools such as V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape is advantageous.
• Knowledge of image editing tools like Photoshop or Illustrator is preferred.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings and construction details.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities complemented by effective time-management skills.

Educational and Experience Requirements

Candidates must hold a B.Arch degree or a Diploma in Architecture and possess between 1 and 2 years of relevant experience.
