Junior Architect

Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior Architect with 3 to 5 years of experience, holding a B.Arch degree, to join our team at 3G HR Services located in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. The position offers a monthly salary between ₹30,000 and ₹50,000, with working hours from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, six days a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive architectural and interior design concepts based on project requirements.
• Interpret client needs, project scope, and budget constraints effectively.
• Create layouts, sketches, mood boards, and presentation materials to convey design proposals.
• Prepare and critically review detailed working drawings and technical specifications.
• Collaborate closely with 3D modeling, MEP, structural, and project management teams.
• Present design solutions to clients and facilitate approval processes.
• Ensure design quality, control project costs, and oversee execution requirements.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and design.
• Experience with SketchUp for 3D modeling.
• Skill in 3ds Max for advanced visualization.
• Familiarity with Rhino software for architectural modeling.
• Ability to use Lumion for rendering and visualization purposes.
• Competency in Photoshop for design presentations.
• Expertise in 3D modeling and creating photorealistic renderings.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and coordination.
• Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
