Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Interior Architect with expertise in both 2D and 3D design, possessing a strong blend of creative flair, technical proficiency, and comprehensive understanding of the Saudi market demands. The ideal candidate will support bespoke interior design projects tailored to Saudi Arabia, transforming client requirements into distinctive interior concepts. Responsibilities include the preparation of detailed 2D drawings and high-quality 3D visualizations while ensuring alignment with local preferences, cultural expectations, business goals, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts that address client needs and suit the Saudi market preferences.
• Create precise 2D technical drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and element layouts.
• Produce high-quality 3D models and realistic rendered images for presentation purposes.
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories for projects.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and suppliers throughout the design process.
• Present design proposals to clients and revise concepts based on their feedback.
• Ensure design compliance with project requirements, budgets, timelines, and local standards.
• Assist in preparing documentation for regulatory submissions and technical coordination.
• Research market trends, competitor ideas, and regional design expectations.
• Conduct site visits to verify dimensions, monitor progress, and address design-related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience with 2D and 3D interior design projects.
• Extensive knowledge of the Saudi market and regional design preferences.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, or equivalent tools.
• Experience in preparing technical drawings and realistic visual presentations.
• Good understanding of materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture specifications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and client presentation skills.
• Familiarity with local regulations, interior fit-out practices, and structural coordination.
• Robust portfolio demonstrating interior design expertise and visual conceptualization.
