Role Overview
The Architect/Designer will join the Sydney team, collaborating on complex, large-scale, mission-critical projects particularly involving data centers and specialized infrastructure. Responsibilities include detailed design, documentation, coordination, and construction support, ensuring alignment with design intent and regulatory requirements. This role involves close cooperation with internal teams and external consultants across multiple project stages, with a current portfolio featuring multi-billion-dollar data center projects and a strong pipeline for future work.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex, phased projects ensuring quality outcomes and regulatory compliance
- Deliver detailed design, comprehensive documentation, and construction support
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional internal teams and external consultants
- Prepare and review detailed architectural drawings and 3D models
- Support timelines, deliverables, and quality benchmarks through project phases
Requirements
- At least five years of relevant experience in architecture
- Thorough knowledge of Australian building codes
- Strong technical and construction understanding valued highly
- Proficiency in Revit is essential
- Experience with rendering tools such as Enscape or Lumion, plus Adobe InDesign and Photoshop is advantageous
- Background in complex commercial or multi-residential delivery projects is a plus
