Role Overview

The Architect position requires full-time, on-site involvement at Aarsh Design Studio in Nagpur. Responsibilities encompass all stages from initial concept creation to detailed design and project execution. Everyday tasks include drafting architectural plans and 3D models, evolving design ideas, liaising with consultants, and aiding in on-site supervision to preserve design integrity. Collaboration with clients and internal teams is key for gathering requirements, refining concepts, and producing presentations and necessary documentation. Additionally, the role supports project scheduling, progress monitoring, and adherence to building codes and quality standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A solid background in Architecture and Architectural Design capable of transforming ideas into precise drawings and specification documents.
• Experience or familiarity with software development and integration related to design tools or building information modeling (BIM) workflows considered beneficial.
• Skills in Project Management involving task planning, stakeholder coordination, and oversight of timelines and deliverables.
• Proficiency with commonly used architectural and visualization software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or equivalent applications.
• A Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a recognized equivalent qualification; holding a valid professional registration or eligibility is advantageous.
• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset suited for a studio environment.
• Effective communication skills in written and verbal form for engaging with clients, consultants, and team members.
• Willingness and ability to work on-site in Nagpur and effectively handle multiple concurrent projects or tasks within deadlines.
