Overview
We are inviting applications for a BIM Technician specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) to join a leading multidisciplinary engineering consultancy based in Dublin. With a presence across sectors like commercial, residential, healthcare, and education for both public and private clients, this is an excellent chance to be part of an established and respected MEP BIM team.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage detailed three-dimensional BIM models focused on MEP systems, coordinating effectively with various related disciplines.
- Develop comprehensive two-dimensional drawings, layouts, and schedules extracted from BIM models to facilitate both design processes and construction phases.
- Follow and advocate for internal BIM standards and procedures to ensure all output meets consistent quality benchmarks.
Candidate Requirements
- At least five years of relevant consultancy experience in BIM roles.
- Advanced skills in Autodesk Revit, as it is the primary tool for MEP drafting and modelling.
- Practical knowledge of coordinating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services within federated BIM environments.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD software.
- Experience working with Navisworks for project coordination is necessary.
