Architect

Job Overview

We seek an Architect who thrives beyond concept development and possesses hands-on experience producing Good for Construction (GFC) and working drawings, submission documents, detailed architectural coordination, and construction documentation. Experience in institutional, residential, hostel, or training facility projects will be highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

• Create architectural plans, elevations, cross sections, and detailed working drawings.
• Develop sanction and submission drawings along with comprehensive construction documentation.
• Prepare and coordinate architectural detailing accurately.
• Collaborate closely with structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) consultants to ensure design consistency.
• Integrate client needs and site-specific requirements into design drawings.
• Formulate area statements and prepare basic code-compliance drawings.
• Coordinate with onsite teams and conduct periodic site visits as necessary.
• Develop presentations, concept visuals, and detailed design documentation.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficient in AutoCAD with strong working knowledge.
• Familiarity with Revit and Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools preferred.
• Hands-on experience with SketchUp and rendering or presentation software.
• Deep understanding of architectural working drawings and detailed design processes.
• Capable of interpreting and coordinating structural and MEP drawings effectively.
• Excellent communication abilities and strong documentation skills.
