Role Summary
This full-time, onsite role located in Lucknow supports senior architects in developing concepts, refining architectural designs, and preparing detailed drawings and documentation. Key activities include producing and updating design layouts, liaising with consultants, aligning technical specifications with design goals, managing project documentation, and participating in design review sessions. The assistant architect contributes toward smooth project execution from initial planning through completion.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Solid foundation in architecture and design principles to assist in concept generation and detailed design tasks.
- Familiarity with software development and integration related to architectural design tools, including BIM/CAD systems or digital workflow platforms.
- Support capabilities in project management such as task coordination, progress tracking, and documentation maintenance.
- Proficiency with architectural design software like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp, complemented by basic skills in visualization tools.
- Possession of a bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related discipline, and eligibility to pursue professional licensure according to local regulations.
- Strong analytical reasoning, organizational competencies, clear communication, keen attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively in an office environment.
- Knowledge of building codes, construction materials, and building processes; prior internships or work experience in architecture is beneficial.
