Architect

Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and meticulous Architect to manage architectural design, planning, detailed working drawings, site supervision, and contribute to part-time project execution for residential building renovations and upgrades located in New Friends Colony, New Delhi.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design architectural concepts and proposals specifically for residential interiors.
• Create space planning layouts, elevations, and sectional drawings.
• Produce comprehensive architectural working drawings necessary for onsite implementation.
• Develop precise 2D and 3D drawings, including views and presentation visuals as needed.
• Conduct regular site inspections to oversee quality assurance and project progress.
• Ensure that the construction and execution align strictly with approved drawings and design standards.
• Collaborate with various teams such as contractors, civil engineering, interior designers, fabricators, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other related vendors.
• Support vendor and material selection processes based on design, quality standards, and budget considerations.
• Verify material samples and finishes prior to onsite application.
• Have the capability to commute or relocate to the project site as required.

Skills & Software Knowledge

Familiarity with SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar design software is considered advantageous.
