- Prepare drawings, models, diagrams, reports, and presentations for client review and approval.
- Coordinate architectural elements with structural, MEP, and specialist consultants.

- Contribute to project briefing, change management, and statutory approvals.
- Review input from consultants and contractors to facilitate design integration.
- Adhere to project plans, quality standards, and internal procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation and project records.
- Support planning submissions, tender processes, and construction phases including site inspections and snagging.
- Identify and escalate risks or scope changes appropriately.
- Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to a supportive studio environment.
- Engage in training, knowledge sharing, and professional development activities.
- Follow company standards for CAD, BIM, information management, and health and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate timesheet and expense tracking.
Qualifications and Skills
- UK ARB registration with RIBA Part 3 or an equivalent international qualification.
- Experience in architectural project work involving various stages.
- Understanding of construction methods, materials, and UK or Middle East building regulations.
- Developing expertise in early design stages, detailed design, or construction delivery.
- Experience on UK and international projects preferred; Middle East experience is a bonus.
- Ability to lead large areas or teams on complex projects is desirable for advanced roles.
- Advanced skills in Rhino, Revit, and AutoCAD.
- Intermediate use of Adobe InDesign.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and visualization tools like Enscape.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Capacity to review and correct CAD and BIM outputs from others.

- Strong judgement, organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated creative portfolio reflecting design thinking and technical proficiency.
- Attributes include creativity, analytical mindset, teamwork, adaptability, accountability, and eagerness to learn.
Working Conditions
- Hybrid work model with studio attendance as per company policies.
- Flexibility required based on project and business demands.
