The firm specializes in providing design solutions that prioritize functionality, sustainability, and aesthetic harmony, catering to diverse project requirements.
Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time Architect to join our team in Gorakhpur on-site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating innovative architectural concepts, producing comprehensive drawings and plans, and managing design documentation from schematic phases through to the construction stage.
Necessary Competencies
- Meticulous attention to detail in all design work.
- Capability to operate effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in leading architectural design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or comparable tools.
- In-depth knowledge of local building codes, regulatory standards, and construction methodologies.
- Strong skills in communication, collaboration, and resolving design challenges effectively.
- Academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or an equivalent professional certification. Registration or licensure in architecture is considered a valuable asset.
