Role Overview

The Junior Architect will be a vital member of our Architecture team, assisting in creating innovative, sustainable designs for a variety of building and infrastructure projects. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience across all phases from initial concept to detailed design and construction documentation, collaborating with experienced architects and engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in producing architectural designs, technical drawings, and presentations at different project stages.
• Support senior architects in the development of design concepts, 3D visualizations, and preparation of technical documents.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams including structural, MEP, and interior designers to facilitate integrated project delivery.
• Participate in design reviews ensuring adherence to project standards, regulatory codes, and client specifications.
• Engage in site visits, design workshops, and attend client meetings when required.
• Stay informed about current architectural tools, sustainable design practices, and industry trends.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Have 2 to 5 years of practical experience in architectural design, preferably within international or multidisciplinary consultancy firms.
• Understand regional design standards, building regulations, and sustainable architecture principles.
• Experience preparing concept designs, detailed drawings, and client presentations.
• Exposure to large-scale projects such as commercial, mixed-use, or institutional buildings is advantageous.

Skills and Knowledge

• Skilled in architectural design and visualization software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Basic knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows and coordination techniques.
• Attention to detail combined with creativity and effective problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work within multidisciplinary teams.
• A passionate commitment to design quality and ongoing professional development.
