Role Overview

The Architect role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pristina. The position focuses on conceiving and developing architectural concepts tailored to furniture and window products. The Architect ensures designs meet functional requirements, aesthetic appeal, and sustainability objectives. The daily workload includes producing detailed technical drawings and specifications, collaborating closely with production and engineering teams, and optimizing designs for efficient manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop architectural concepts for furniture and window products aligned with company goals.
• Create comprehensive detailed drawings and technical specifications for production use.
• Work in collaboration with production and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability of designs.
• Coordinate with project managers to adhere to timelines and project plans.
• Integrate new materials and technologies into design solutions as applicable.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, European regulations, and safety requirements.
• Participate in design review sessions and provide technical guidance on design-related matters.
• Support ongoing enhancement of design processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or closely related discipline.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or comparable CAD/BIM tools.
• Experience with architectural and architectural design principles, including creating detailed plans and specifications.
• Skills in software development and integration relating to design tools and digital workflows.
• Project management capabilities encompassing planning, coordination, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and excellence in technical drawing.
• Ability to physically work on-site in Pristina and collaborate well within multidisciplinary teams.
• Previous experience in product design, industrial design, or manufacturing environments is advantageous.
• Knowledge of European design standards and applicable product/building regulations beneficial.
