Role Overview

This full-time, on-site Architect position located in Riyadh involves shaping architectural concepts into detailed designs and drawings. Responsibilities include preparing design documents, attending meetings with clients and consultants, reviewing technical requirements, and ensuring compliance with local codes and standards. The Architect will coordinate with engineering and construction teams to maintain design integrity and support multidisciplinary integration throughout project phases.

Key Duties

• Create and develop architectural designs, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
• Prepare comprehensive design documentation aligned with project requirements.
• Participate actively in client and consultant discussions to refine project scope and deliverables.
• Review and ensure technical specifications and project inputs meet design and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and multi-disciplinary teams to support design revisions.
• Facilitate coordination between architectural, structural, and systems disciplines within projects.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required.
• 0 to 3 years of professional experience in architectural design roles.
• Strong skills in architectural design principles and preparation of technical drawings.
• Proficient in Revit and Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows.
• Competent user of AutoCAD and SketchUp software.
• Ability to produce architectural drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Basic knowledge of construction drawings and experience coordinating with various disciplines.
• Excellent design sensibility and meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective team collaboration capabilities within a design environment.
• Understanding of local building regulations preferred but not mandatory.
• Fluency in English is essential; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
• Experience in consultancy firms or multidisciplinary project settings is a plus.
