Core Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary collaboration with consultants, engineers, and contractors.
• Facilitate project reviews and resolve any technical or design issues encountered.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Valid architectural license or equivalent certification.
• More than 12 years of professional experience, with expertise leading large-scale architectural projects.
• A comprehensive portfolio showcasing innovative and technically advanced designs.
• Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp, along with presentation tools including Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong leadership capabilities, effective communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Competency in managing multiple projects and adhering to strict deadlines.
• Knowledge and application of sustainable architectural design practices.
