About the Role
We present an excellent opportunity to join a distinguished AJ100 architectural practice renowned for its diverse projects in commercial, residential, education, and defence sectors both within the UK and internationally. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and deliver architectural projects through all phases from initial concept to final completion
- Generate detailed and accurate project documentation aligned with all RIBA stages
- Collaborate closely with the design team to handle daily project information needs
- Maintain communication and coordination with main contractors and subcontractors
- Participate actively in design team meetings and site inspections
Experience and Skills Required
- ARB registration is mandatory
- Substantial experience post-RIBA Part 3 within UK architectural practices
- Proven ability to manage projects across all RIBA work stages
- Versatile experience encompassing multiple sectors
- Comprehensive technical knowledge of UK building regulations
- Experience in managing projects and teams ('job running')
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD software
- High attention to detail with excellent organisational and communication abilities
