About the Role

An exciting career opportunity is available for a dedicated Senior Support Worker to join a reputable care home in the Crostwick area of Norwich. This facility provides residential care and respite services, aimed at assisting individuals who need support with everyday living, allowing family or friends valuable rest time.

Essential Qualification: Applicants must hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification to be eligible.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Play a vital role within the care team by fostering residents' well-being and ensuring exceptional care standards.
  • Provide assistance with daily living activities, including personal hygiene support, outings, and companionship.
  • Promote independence and support vulnerable residents with daily routines and activities.
  • Maintain precise and thorough documentation at all times.
