Architect

Role Overview

We are looking for an innovative and meticulous Architect to contribute to the planning, conceptualization, design, and execution of architectural projects. This position involves creating architectural concepts, drafting design proposals, generating technical drawings, managing project records, and ensuring all designs comply with functional, aesthetic, technical, and regulatory standards.

Key Duties

The architect will prepare plans, elevations, sections, layouts, presentations, and construction documents. Support in design evolution, selection of materials, space utilization planning, and collaboration with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders is required. Reviewing drawings, monitoring modifications, maintaining project files, and clear communication of project needs are vital responsibilities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Strong grasp of architectural design principles, building planning, construction techniques, and technical documentation.
• Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar architectural design software.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
• Excellent visual creativity, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in preparing detailed architectural drawings, presentations, layouts, and documentation.
• Comprehensive understanding of building codes, standards, regulations, and planning needs.
• Exceptional attention to detail with superior organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Effective coordination abilities with consultants, contractors, clients, and internal teams.
• Capability to handle multiple project requirements and adhere to deadlines.
