Job description
Job Overview and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for creating architectural designs tailored to client specifications. Work will include designing independent residences, commercial buildings, floor layouts, shop drawings, and electrical and plumbing plans. Proficiency in producing 2D and 3D visualizations including elevations and detailed shop drawings is essential.
Key Duties
- Generate architectural designs per client needs.
- Develop floor plans, commercial and residential building designs.
- Create detailed shop drawings and electrical/plumbing layouts.
- Produce 3D and 2D renderings along with elevations.
- Prepare Bills of Quantity (BOQ) and specify material requirements.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of finishing materials and construction execution.
- Resolve issues occurring during construction phases.
- Collaborate closely with site teams and clients to ensure project success.
