Job Overview
Neozone Constructions And Builders LLP seeks a qualified Civil Site Engineer based in Mysuru, Karnataka, India. This role centers on managing residential and commercial construction projects with a focus on site supervision and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Comprehend and interpret architectural and structural designs and drawings accurately.
- Oversee on-site construction activities ensuring quality and adherence to plans.
- Manage procurement and usage of construction materials effectively.
- Prepare billing documents and maintain financial records related to projects.
- Compile and submit regular progress reports to stakeholders.
- Maintain communication and collaboration with architects, Project Management Consultants (PMC), and other relevant parties.
- Supervise and coordinate labor teams working at construction sites.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum experience of 3 to 5 years in managing residential and commercial building projects.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from INR 20,000 to INR 28,000.
