Role Overview

We seek a creative and meticulous Architect with experience in residential projects to oversee design conception and execution phases. The role demands a blend of architectural expertise, technical proficiency, and effective stakeholder engagement skills including clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft innovative architectural solutions tailored to residential projects considering client needs, site specifics, budget constraints, and project goals.
• Produce comprehensive architectural documents such as floor plans, elevations, cross-sections, layouts, and construction drawings using AutoCAD and related design tools.
• Maintain ongoing client engagement by gathering requirements, presenting ideas, and integrating feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with structural, MEP, interior, landscape consultants, ensuring seamless integration of interdisciplinary inputs.
• Verify that all designs adhere to relevant building codes, zoning laws, and permitting standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections, oversee progress, address technical queries, and support the construction team.
• Evaluate design elements, materials, finishes, and construction details to uphold quality and design integrity.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, engineers, and onsite teams to ensure projects advance smoothly and meet deadlines.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch), COA registration preferred.
• A minimum of three years' professional experience specifically in residential architecture.
• Proficient in AutoCAD for preparing detailed drawings and documentation.
• Excellent communication, presentation capabilities, and skills in managing project coordination.
• Familiarity with local building regulations, permits, and compliance requirements.
• Candidate must be currently residing in Kochi or willing to relocate prior to joining.
