Junior Architect

Position Overview

We are seeking a Junior Architect to become a valuable member of our team, contributing to ongoing residential and commercial architectural projects in Kochi, Kerala.

Primary Duties

• Create architectural drawings including plans, elevations, and detailed designs.
• Support the preparation of working drawings and maintain thorough project documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with consultants, contractors, and on-site teams to ensure project coherence.
• Perform site visits to aid in the smooth execution of projects.
• Provide assistance in material selection and coordinate design aspects.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree or an equivalent qualification.
• 0 to 3 years of professional experience in architectural roles.
• Demonstrated proficiency in AutoCAD software is essential.
• Familiarity with SketchUp or Revit software is considered a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with various stakeholders effectively.
