Senior Program Planner (Scheduler)

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Program Planner (Scheduler) with extensive experience in programme and project planning, particularly within large-scale construction sectors. This full-time position, requiring a commitment of four years, is based in Mangalagiri, Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering or construction management and a proven track record on multiple major projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing, updating, and monitoring comprehensive project and programme schedules to ensure timely progress.
• Tracking critical path activities, milestones, and identifying any delays impacting project delivery.
• Generating detailed schedule reports, dashboards, and delivering programme-level status updates for stakeholders.
• Supporting delay analysis efforts and preparing or reviewing schedules related to claim assessments.
• Ensuring all scheduling documentation aligns with organizational standards and best practices.

Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 15 years of cumulative experience in progressive programme or project planning roles.
• Minimum 5 years dedicated to large-scale construction projects.
• Demonstrated involvement in delay claim analysis and claim schedule preparation and review.
• Experience working on at least two similar projects in the last decade is essential.

Technical Skills

• Mandatory proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Familiarity with web-based tools and programme management dashboards is preferred.
