Role Overview

We are recruiting a seasoned Stakeholder and Interface Manager to oversee stakeholder engagement and manage interfaces for large-scale airport development programmes in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This position involves collaborating closely with airport operators, airlines, regulatory authorities, consultants, and contractors to ensure that operational requirements are seamlessly integrated into project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead management of stakeholder relationships and project interfaces throughout airport programmes.
• Coordinate efforts between airport operations, airlines, relevant authorities, consultants, and contractors.
• Identify, document, and manage stakeholder requirements, approvals, and necessary actions.
• Ensure that the operational needs of the airport are incorporated into the design and delivery phases.
• Oversee management of interfaces, potential risks, project dependencies, and conflict resolution.
• Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and governance forums to ensure effective communication.
• Assist in obtaining authority approvals and support ORAT (Operational Readiness and Airport Transfer), testing, commissioning, and final handover activities.
• Maintain up-to-date stakeholder and interface registers and provide regular reports to leadership teams.

Candidate Requirements

• A degree in Engineering, Aviation, Airport Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in airport operations, airport development projects, ORAT, or major aviation infrastructure.
• Proven expertise in stakeholder and interface management for complex airport programmes.
• Strong knowledge of airport operations, airline needs, and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience collaborating with airport operators, airlines, aviation authorities, and governmental agencies.
• Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and building sustainable relationships.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
• Background in Aviation PMC, client-side operations, or airport operations is advantageous.
