This internship offers an opportunity to work remotely as a Counseling Trainee, engaging directly with prospective learners to understand their career aspirations and guide them towards suitable educational programs. The position involves consistent interaction via phone, email, and messaging platforms, managing client information through a CRM system, and collaborating with internal teams to facilitate learner onboarding.
Key Duties
- Engage potential learners through calls, emails, and WhatsApp conversations to assess their career objectives.
- Advise on appropriate courses, clearly relating their benefits to the learner's goals.
- Update and track lead data and follow-up activities within the CRM system efficiently.
- Consistently aim to surpass monthly performance benchmarks during internship and beyond.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding processes for enrolled learners.
Candidate Eligibility
- The candidate must be available for remote work.
- Ready to commence the internship between 6th October 2026 and 10th November 2026.
- Commit to the full internship duration of three months.
- Possess relevant skills and enthusiasm for the role.

Additional Benefits and Remuneration
- A fixed monthly stipend of INR 10,000.
