About the internship
About the Role
This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, particularly focusing on recruitment for sales teams. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates en masse, coordinating the hiring process, and assisting with various recruitment operations within a high-growth legal EdTech firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source profiles in large volumes to meet recruitment demands for the sales division.
- Liaise regularly with applicants and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Organize interview schedules, ensure follow-up communications, and coordinate recruitment activities effectively.
- Handle offer letters and maintain accurate documentation related to recruitment.
- Assist with onboarding procedures and support hiring logistics as needed.
Candidate Eligibility
- Must be able to work remotely from home.
- Available to commence the internship between September 19, 2026, and October 24, 2026.
- Committed to a three-month internship period.
- Possess relevant interest and foundational skills aligned with recruitment activities.
