Key Responsibilities
- Identify and attract potential candidates utilizing job platforms, social media channels, and professional networking sites.
- Evaluate candidate resumes and conduct preliminary screenings to match job criteria.
- Organize and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
- Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring stages.
- Ensure meticulous management and updating of candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
- Support daily recruitment functions and collaborate closely with the hiring team.
