About the Internship

Baweja Media is a performance marketing agency managing over $125 million in ad spend, serving sectors like coaching, EdTech, D2C, mental health, and wellness across India, UK, and US. Our content efforts prioritize conversion-focused copy aimed at achieving distinct business goals. We are recruiting two content writing interns for a 6-month remote internship. Interns will develop content across a variety of formats—ranging from blog articles and social media posts to newsletters and ad copy—under the guidance of experienced senior writers.

Intern Responsibilities

Craft social media content including Instagram captions, LinkedIn posts, Twitter/X threads, and Reels scripts for client brand pages.
Manage community interaction by drafting replies and engagement-oriented posts.
Create and maintain content calendars, scheduling posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter platforms.
Conduct research and compose blog posts (800-1500 words) related to coaching, EdTech, D2C, and wellness industries.
Review and edit drafts from peers for grammatical accuracy, tone consistency, and clarity.
Transform long-form blog content into social media derivatives like carousels, threads, and reel scripts.
Develop headline and primary text variants for Meta and Google ad campaigns with oversight from senior writers.
Compose subject lines and concise email content for newsletters.
Generate compelling hooks for short-form video content such as Reels, Shorts, and YouTube Shorts.
Perform keyword research to support client blog topics.
Implement fundamental on-page SEO practices including title tags, meta descriptions, heading hierarchies, and internal linking.
Analyze industry trends, competitor content, and audience challenges to inform content strategy.

AI Writing Policy

AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude are permitted for research, idea generation, fact verification, and outlining.
Utilization of AI for writing content that replaces the writer's original voice is strictly prohibited.
AI use is limited to supporting writing processes such as grammar editing and content briefing.
Applicants relying on AI for drafting content or unable to independently write a 200-word paragraph should not apply.

Who Can Apply

Candidates must be able to work remotely.
Availability to begin between September 7, 2026, and October 12, 2026.
A commitment to complete the full 6-month duration.
Possession of relevant skills and interests.
Non-students; applicants must provide a portfolio or writing samples.
No concurrent internships or part-time jobs allowed alongside this internship.

Required Skills and Preferences

Strong written English skills demonstrated through a live portfolio or samples.
Comfortable using Google Docs, Notion, and at least one CMS platform such as WordPress or Webflow.
Experience with Grammarly or Hemingway is advantageous.
Enthusiasm for the industry and personal accountability.

Compensation and Perks

Stipend ranging from INR 8000 to 10000 per month.
