About the Internship
This internship offers hands-on experience in various Human Resources functions. The intern will actively assist with the entire recruitment cycle, including finding candidates, evaluating resumes, and arranging interviews. You will coordinate new employee onboarding ensuring all necessary documents are completed and maintained. Maintaining employee records and updating the HR database will be part of your ongoing tasks. Participation in planning employee engagement, team-building activities, and facilitating internal communication is expected. Additionally, you will handle general employee inquiries regarding policies and procedures, supporting the HR team with routine administrative duties and special projects.
