About the Internship
This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to engage with prospective learners, understanding their career aspirations and guiding them towards appropriate educational programs. You will play a key role in managing communications and helping onboard new students smoothly into the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with potential learners via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp to identify their career objectives.
- Advise on course selections aligning with learners' goals and explain relevant details.
- Document and update lead information and follow-up actions within the CRM system.
- Strive to surpass monthly performance targets during training and post-training periods.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate seamless learner onboarding processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- Availability for a full-time, in-office internship.
- Ability to commence the internship between September 26th, 2026 and October 31st, 2026.
- Commitment to a 4-month internship duration.
- Relevant skills and interest in the role; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Remuneration & Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging from INR 9,000 to INR 10,000.
- Fixed stipend of Rs 10,000/month, with potential to earn up to Rs 65,000/month based on performance incentives after completion.
- Certificate and letter of recommendation upon successful internship completion.
- Informal dress code and a 5-day work week (Saturday and Sunday off).
- Opportunity for full-time employment with an annual salary between Rs 700,000 and Rs 780,000 on successful conversion.
